Dinner-Show in Paris or Neuilly, Discover the World of Bel Canto
In the mood for a fun night out, a dinner-show in Paris and an exceptional place that combines gastronomy with first-class entertainment?
The two Bel Canto addresses in the most beautiful city in the world offer you a musical dining experience that is a true ode to opera and its most celebrated arias and singers.
The spirit of opera
The scene is set before even hearing the first notes of music. The entire décor of our two Bel Canto establishments conjures up the world of theatre and entertainment. In our Quai de l'Hôtel de Ville establishment, on the banks of the Seine, opposite Île Saint-Louis and overlooked by the towers of Notre-Dame, the establishment’s bright red and gold façade, dressed in glass and elegant wrought-iron shapes, is an invitation into the world of opera.
Inside, walls decked in posters from Milan’s La Scala, a mannequin dressed in a stage costume straight from the workshops of the Opéra National de Paris, and a grand piano are further testament to the establishment's "operatic dinners". The mood is unabashedly festive and the element of surprise wins over each and every guest…
The same impression is made in our sister establishment in Neuilly Porte Maillot with its majestic façade, complete with staircase, leading up to a classical Italian theatre setting in which nothing has been overlooked. From the thick gold and saffron drapes through to the theatre-inspired balconies, imposing grand piano and large pendant chandelier that beautifully illuminates the delightful dining room... Everything invites you to enjoy a festive meal to the sound of world-class classical music.
Our Bel Canto establishments are the scene for operatic dinner-shows rich in poetry and emotion. Prepare yourself for serenades, fiery duets and crescendo vocalizations, all up close and personal.
Professional singers and pianists
Once the scene is set, the artists take to the stage, but in the most surprising of manners. The very same people who showed you to your table and took your order, now fill the venue with their operatic voices. A quartet of singers performs some of opera’s most renowned arias just for you, transforming the place into a veritable stage.
Papageno from The Magic Flute rubs shoulders with Bizet’s beautiful and insolent Carmen, while the Brindisi from Verdi's La Traviata follows on from Don Giovanni, La Bohème and so many more unmissable duets and solos. Swept away by the music and the proximity to the singers, diners at Bel Canto really share in the emotions expressed as they read the singers’ faces and luxuriate in their vocal prowess… Some even dare to hum along. The Bel Canto dinner-show in Paris or Neuilly works its magic on all its guests.
And it is of no surprise that some of the opera singers who have passed through the Bel Canto have subsequently gone on to sing on international stages.
